Welcome!

My name is Julianna Adams, and I believe in creating a lifestyle for every client that combines the proper intensity in each individualized workout, nutritional guidance that never leaves you feeling dissatisfied and setting realistic goals that will help us achieve both short term and long term success together.

My approach is simple...Each workout will be induvidualized, challenging and fun! I will take you on the path of turning your current lifestyle choices towards more mindful and healthy ones without it feeling impossible to maintain long term. The ultimate goal for each client is to guide and coach you gradually on a change from feeling obligated to workout into realizing the rewarding feeling and positive physical changes you will achieve from each workout and create a daily hunger for a healthier and stronger YOU!

About your Trainer

I would be lying if I said that training and living a healthy lifestyle was always a passion inside of me. Though I played soccer for 9 years up until college I did not start enjoying the feelings after a workout until midway through college when I decided to take up a running class in hopes of an "easy A". My teacher was a former running phenomenon who lived and breathed running and good health. That teacher was the spark that lit the desire to create a healthier me. Seeing and hearing his passion for running and good health that was burning inside of him made me want to strive for that as well. He was in his early sixties and continued to run marathon length runs weekly, just for fun. It wasn't a competition to beat anybody else, but only to beat himself to become the best version of himself. 

Soon after finishing that semester class I set out to run my first 5K then 10K and soon then started training and completed three 1/2 Marathons before the age of 23. The competition was fun, but I was not there to run faster than the person behind me but to beat my own personal record from the race before. To me, the most satisfying accomplishments are the ones where you can look and say, "I was not able to do that before and now I can."

My personal training career began in a big box gym and spent just under 3 years working for them and learned much along the way. Although I was grateful for my opportunity at that gym I knew that it was not a permanent place for me. I started to see the cracks in the corporate culture at a gym of that caliber and realized that there was more of a desire for quantity and not quality. 

All of those experiences have led me to where I am now and I am grateful for the path I took to be here today. I can continue on my road towards reaching more people and guiding them in their own individual needs. The fitness industry is a forever growing industry and I want to always be right there with the growth by learning more, implementing new techniques and giving better education to my clients.
